All jutsu are created, but not equally. Determining the status of jutsu will be entirely up to the moderator grading the jutsu; however, there will generally be a little bit of lean when it comes to creating jutsu. The rank of the jutsu will determine how much the jutsu costs to use and will generally give a good estimate for how effective the jutsu will be. Investing a lot of points into one field, such as damage, will cause for a decrease in range and speed in most situations. Full powered jutsu will not be approved in most cases. All jutsu need to be highly descriptive and include things such as:
- How much damage they deal
- How far they can travel
- How fast they can move (m/s pls)
- How large is the jutsu
- How long the jutsu lasts (# of post turns)
- How much chakra upkeep costs (generally 25% of original cost)
- How much damage can they defend
- Changes that occur throughout the jutsu
- Anything else that might be important to your jutsu
Jutsu that aren't described fully enough to understand every mechanic of it will not be approved and will be asked for revision. If you find yourself being stuck on the same part, simply make a check list of things you have and things you need for the jutsu to be approved.
