[b]Description:[/b] This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water. The damage needed to destroy this sphere must be equal to 100 potency.

[b]Description:[/b] Water gushes from the user's mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. This attack can range out to 10 meters, and can travel at speeds of 10 m/s.  The wave is a long stream of water (like a waterfall) and has a base of about 2 inches. The potency of the attack is 70.

[b]Description:[/b] The user kneads chakra for about a second, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls that are an inch in radius. The high-speed water ball attack can do damage. While this is a Water Release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra (1 second = 1 bullet, with the first bullet being created at 1 second, with a maximum of 5 balls.) The range of this attack is 20m, the speed is 10 m/s, and the potency is 60.

[b]Description:[/b] By putting the Hydrification Technique into practical use, the muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of breaking through both rock walls and steel doors with ease. The limb that the user decides to boost is boosted in 150 potency, as in it increases the strength of physical attacks by one and a half basics, but the range and speed remain 0.

1 - WATER PRISON TECHNIQUE;

There is very little issue with the description of the technique itself - but just as my previous reviews - please be sure to take into consideration of finer details; this would include putting away points to: 3 for the elemental technique itself, 1 point per hand seal, some extra for the design of the technique itself (of which another 5 should be good enough).

2 - WILD WATER WAVE;

I do not understand what you mean by "having a base of about 2 inches"; though I assume it is an attempt of giving the technique a size. Please describe the rough shape and size of the torrent - would it be circular? Or rectangular? Such detail is a bit important - as otherwise, others could take it as being able to spit out an entire ocean. As before please take note of the finer details of Potency.

3 - GUNSHOT;

The bullets generated via this technique appear to be too small to cause actual damage - 2 inches in diameter is not that much. Whilst you explained it as highly-condensed water - water is actually really difficult to condense to the point it is considered as "uncondensable". Hence, if the technique is as small as it is now - I could not expect a C-Rank technique to be able to condense water to such a small size and still realistically do some damage. Even then, as depicted from either the anime or manga; they are quite bigger than that (though assumingly reliant on the person's size more than anything else).

You have described it as possible to increase the power of the technique via spending additional chakra - which is fine, albeit you will have to create a chart of some description properly explaining the amount of chakra equals the amount of power in potency. This will not allow you to net additional points; thus it'll be quite weak and only achieve it's full power by using the maximum amount of chakra. Using a D-Rank amount of chakra could equal 20, C 30, B 40, A 50, S 60 as an example (though I do not recommend using ranks; #chakra into technique = power). Though the power of the technique can never be the maximum of what is described; which would be 60 as you've described until you make the appropriate changes.

Seeing as fights do not typically follow time - as in, a post may have a difference of 10 seconds, yet another post may be less than 1 second. It is difficult to implement such a mechanic, thus it would be wiser to write it as an actual amount or do something like x amount of extra chakra spent = one additional blast. Thouygh as you've noted, there would be a cap on this. It'll also have split-based damage - an example being that there are 5 maximum blasts with a 60 potency in damage. 60/5 = 12 damage per bullet. Otherwise, multi-hit/combo techniques will do far more damage than their single-hit counterparts. As before, please review points allocated into potency.

4 - GREAT WATER ARM TECHNIQUE;

It seems fine as is, though as before; not all points can just go to potency in terms of raw power. Also - as a future note, there is no such thing as boosting a stat by 1/2 of a basic. You need an entire 100. Otherwise people will just do half boosts, a tenth boosts, etc.
