Elements and Chakra Costs

To attain jutsu, you must either spend EXP in learning the technique or spend an allotted amount of time in the form of WC devoted to learning it. This WC cannot be stacked with some other task that requires WC to complete but instead must be dedication to learning the technique. The values listed determine how much EXP or WC must be spent in order to purchase jutsu of each rank:

D Rank: 200 EXP or 300 WC
C Rank: 400 EXP or 600 WC
B Rank: 600 EXP or 900 WC
A Rank: 800 EXP or 1200 WC
S Rank: 1000 EXP or 1500 WC

Elements can also be earned with EXP. Your first element can be trained for 500 EXP. Your second comes for the price of 1,000 EXP. The third costs 1,500. The fourth is a whopping 3,000. And the final element can be unlocked for 5,000 EXP. Advanced elements are unlocked automatically so long as you have both elements required and meet all of the prerequisites.  

The following list details the base amount of Chakra which a jutsu costs to active/use depending on it's rank:
D-Rank: 10 Chakra
C-Rank: 20 Chakra
B-Rank: 30 Chakra
A-Rank: 40 Chakra
S-Rank: 50 Chakra
Limited Jutsu: 60 Chakra
